Board Minutes

June 25th, 2026, 6:00 p.m.

Board Members Present: Tracy MacMillan, Chick Barcellona, Brett Sevruk, Bret Kreier, Randy Kramer, Gordon Baldwin, excused absent Nick Eilers,

The meeting was called to order at _6:02_ p.m.

5/14/2026 Minutes: Board reviewed and approved prior minutes on 5/18/2026.

Budget Report: Budget was reviewed. Discussion and agreement to change the name on the money market account to reserve study. Gordon moved to pass the budget and Brett 2^nd, board passed 6-0.

Landscape and Maintenance: Discussion about current needs. Spray the Aspen trees again to stop their growth. Ivy growing up some of the trees in the common area. A tree in the common area should be inspected for possible removal.

CC&R: The Attorney sent revision of the CC&R 5.2.3 for review. The board reviewed and have recommended changes to meet the standards that were voted on. Chick will setup a conference call with the attorney to review changes.

New Business:

-The board has been asked to start sending violation letters out for maintenance on neighborhood properties. The board will walk around the neighborhood and start sending them out August 1st.

-Discussion about the community meeting with Thurston County DOT about the round about going in on the Yelm Hwy that will take come of our common area. Some members attended. DOT will also be contacting SCHOA and setting up a meeting with our neighborhood as our property will be involved.

-Boat rack still has space, please register before you take a spot.

Next Meeting: Scheduled for July 30th 6:00p.m. at Barcellona residence.
