Board Minutes

September 17th, 2026, 6:00 p.m.

Board Members Present: Tracy MacMillan, Chick Barcellona, Brett Sevruk, Bret Kreier, Randy Kramer, and Gordon Baldwin,

The meeting was called to order at ____6:04__ p.m.

CC&R: Board reviewed revised proposal from the attorney made to CC&R 5.2.3. Bret K. moved to approve the revisions, Gordon 2^nd, motion passed 6-0. Discussion to set dates for neighborhood vote on new language.

Voting ballots will be sent out to all owners for the vote. Information will be mailed and will include dates for questions and when to/where return ballots.

Next Meeting: Scheduled for Oct 13th 6:00p.m. at MacMillan residence.
